Built on the foundation of owners Jerry Neeser and Mark Pfeffer, Venture Development Group evolved after years of their respective firms teaming together to produce successful projects--stepping beyond traditional roles of architect and contractor coordinating financing and all other development activities.
We select and retain contracting and design entities specific and appropriate to each project and manage these with all other aspects of the development process. Our formula builds on more than 30 years of superior craftsmanship from Neeser Construction, Inc. and with 25 years of innovative design experience at Koonce Pfeffer Bettis, Inc.
