Renal Care Group
Renal Care Group, Inc. had already gone through the process of site selection and design with other parties, which did not come to fruition. With a lease expiration date quickly approaching, the client sought a new developer that could take over the project.
The team at Venture Development Group embraced this challenge, and was able to complete the project on a fast track to coincide with the scheduled move for the facility.
Venture Development met the organization’s requirement to construct the new building as a single story structure. The team convinced the land owner, along with the Municipality of Anchorage, to approve this use of the land.
The team directed attention to meeting the client’s specific needs for the facility. A special water purification system was constructed to meet needs for dialysis service. The building includes a training facility for patients who live outside Anchorage to learn to care for themselves. Staff members also use the facility to train employees who will care for patients. This Renal Care Group facility is the largest kidney dialysis center in Alaska.
